Nancy Bruce

Nancy Bruce is a results-focused leader specializing in internal customer effectiveness through people management and process improvement. They served as Director of Office Services for the Americas at Willis Towers Watson from 2010 to 2016, where they managed a substantial budget and a large team, consistently achieving low attrition rates. Prior to that, they held the role of Divisional Global Office Service Manager at Towers Perrin, overseeing significant budgets and contributing to global initiatives. Currently, Nancy is pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Business/Management at the University of Missouri Trulaske College of Business.
