Naoe Yoshimoto

Naoe Yoshimoto is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data strategy and IT management, currently serving as Partner and Chief Data Officer at PwC Brazil since January 2004. In this role, Naoe leads data operations and governance, aiming to identify new opportunities through data insights. Additionally, Naoe oversees IT operations, supporting 17 offices and over 5,000 employees in Brazil while directly reporting to the COO. Prior experience includes roles at Bearing Point Consulting, Inc as IT Executive Manager and Finance Manager. Naoe holds a Post MBA from Saint Paul Escola de Negócios, an Executive MBA from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, and a degree in Civil Engineering from USP - Universidade de São Paulo.
