Natalia Krysova

Natalia Krysova is a seasoned professional in the fields of mergers and acquisitions, corporate development, and finance, currently serving at PwC since February 2023, focusing on value creation and realization in deals. Prior experience includes a significant role at Sberbank from May 2017 to January 2023, where Natalia led transactions valued over $3 billion under English and Russian law, particularly in the technological sector. Earlier positions include associate roles in corporate finance at UniCredit Bank Russia and as a senior analyst at both InfraONE and Trefin Ventures Limited. Natalia holds a Diploma with honors in Corporate Finance/Business Valuation from the Finance University under the Government of the Russian Federation and completed a program at London Business School in 2020.
