Nathan Hammond

Nathan Hammond is a partner in the Mergers & Acquisitions tax practice at PwC’s Southeast market. They returned to the Southeast Market after completing a secondment with the M&A Tax practice of PwC’s Washington National Tax Services office. Nathan has extensive experience advising financially troubled companies on both taxable and tax-free reorganizations and regularly provides guidance on public and private acquisitions, dispositions, and tax strategies across various industries. Prior to joining PwC, they served as a Senior Tax Consultant at Deloitte Tax LLP from 2007 to 2011. Nathan holds a Master of Accountancy in Taxation from the University of Georgia and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the same institution.
