Nellie Bloom

Nellie Bloom is currently the Client Experience Leader at PwC's Advisory Global Acceleration Center, where they focus on enhancing compensation practices and consulting strategies. With prior experience at Deloitte as a Senior Manager in Global Employer Services, they developed and directed global compensation programs for major corporate clients. Additionally, Nellie served as President of MSI Global Tax and Compensation, where they acted as a trusted advisor on international compensation and payroll solutions. They hold a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Montclair State University and are pursuing an MBA in Human Resource and Global Development and a Graduate Degree in Accounting from the University of Phoenix.
