Pauline Badarani

Pauline Badarani is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in workforce and actuarial transformation. Currently serving as a Senior Manager in Workforce Transformation at PwC since December 2018, Pauline has held various managerial roles in organization and workforce transformation as well as actuarial services. Prior to PwC, Pauline contributed to EY from October 2014 to November 2018 in managerial and senior staff positions, and worked at Willis Towers Watson as a Senior Actuarial Analyst and Actuarial Analyst from July 2012 to September 2014. Pauline began the career at Willis Towers Watson as an Actuarial Summer Intern in June 2011. Early in the career, Pauline completed a Summer Biostatistic Internship at McGill University in 2010. Academic credentials include a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics from McGill University, obtained between 2008 and 2012, and an education at Atlanta International School from 2002 to 2008.
