Ryan Johnston

Ryan Johnston, CFA, is a seasoned deals professional with extensive experience in transaction advisory services for private equity and strategic clients. Currently serving as Director in Deals - Financial Diligence at PwC, a position held since July 2023, Ryan previously managed financial diligence as a Senior Manager at PwC from January 2016 to December 2021 and worked as Diligence and Valuations Manager at Prospect Capital Management from December 2021 to October 2022. Ryan began the career as an Associate in Advisory at PwC UK from February 2014 to December 2015. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Business Management with Distinction from Ulster University and a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Chemistry from the University of York.
