Siyao Cheng

Siyao Cheng, CFA, currently serves as M&A Director at Media and Games Invest (MGI) since May 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Associate at Clearwater International Corporate Finance from January 2021 to May 2022, and at Bankhaus Metzler for a brief period in early 2020. Siyao Cheng began the career at Clearwater International Corporate Finance as an Investment Banking Analyst from August 2016 to September 2019, preceded by an M&A Internship at IEG - Investment Banking Group and an Investment Analysis Internship at Allianz SE. Prior to advancing in finance, experience included a Business Insights Consulting Internship at IRI and a Management Consulting Internship at Struktur Management Partner GmbH. Siyao Cheng holds a Master of Science in Business Administration from Universität Passau and dual bachelor's degrees in German Studies and International Economics and Business from Shanghai International Studies University and Shanghai University of International Business and Economics, respectively.
