Sonia Yip is a Legal Counsel at PwC, currently completing a BCom/LLB(Hons) degree with majors in information systems and economics at the University of Auckland. As part of their academic journey, Sonia is finalizing an Honours dissertation on Privacy Law and has gained valuable experience as a Solicitor at Wynn Williams. Previously, they worked as a Law Clerk at Loo & Koo Barristers, Solicitors & Notary Public, handling a variety of legal matters, and served as a Teaching Assistant for Employment Law at the University of Auckland. Sonia also held roles in customer service with SWAROVSKI and PANDORA before focusing on a legal career.
