Spencer Gates

Spencer Gates is a Director of M&A Tax at PwC, where they have progressed through various roles including Senior Manager and Senior Associate. They gained early experience as an Internal Audit Summer Analyst at Morgan Stanley and completed internships at PwC in Banking, Capital Markets, and Insurance Tax.
