Steve Torkel is a Senior Director in People Analytics at PwC, where they lead the People Analytics Center of Expertise to drive evidence-based decision making throughout the employment lifecycle. An Industrial/Organizational Psychologist, they have extensive experience in talent management, including people analytics, hiring, training, and employee retention. They also founded Torkel Research, providing customized talent management consulting for global corporations. Steve earned a Ph.D. from New York University.
