Thom has held significant roles at renowned companies such as IBM, Accenture, and PwC, where they currently serve as a Director. They have a strong background in organizational transformation and significant experience managing global teams and budgets, underpinned by their military service as a Captain in the US Army. Thom holds a Master's degree in Strategy, Management, and Leadership from Michigan State University.
