Tim Deal is a Principal in the Financial Markets & Real Estate practice at PwC, where they lead FMRE Valuation services. With over two decades of experience, Tim has advised clients on various financial products and markets while managing multidisciplinary teams. They spent over ten years in PwC's Financial Markets offices in Washington, D.C. and New York before relocating to Miami to enhance capabilities in the Southeast region. Tim is currently a Financial Instruments Board member with the International Valuation Standards Council and holds an M.S. in Finance from George Washington University and a B.S. in Economics from James Madison University.
