Timothy Davis

Timothy Davis is a retired Principal from PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, having concluded their tenure on June 30, 2023. With over 30 years in corporate finance and more than 25 years specializing in valuation, Timothy focused on business and asset valuations for financial and tax reporting while at PwC. They previously served as Managing Director at Houlihan Lokey, where they led financial valuation services in the Midwest region. Timothy also held roles at Arthur Andersen and was a director in Corporate Value Consulting at PwC prior to their work in the Deals practice. They earned a degree in economics from Cornell University and an MBA with distinction from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University, and currently hold the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
