Vincent Perito

Vincent Perito is currently an HR Director at PwC, focusing on the People Team for global Acceleration Centers in multiple countries, including Argentina, Mexico, and India. They oversee various strategic projects related to Talent Equivalence, Compensation, and Onboarding, while maintaining a C1 level in Spanish. With expertise in change management and thought leadership in diversity and corporate responsibility, Vincent has previously served in diverse roles at PwC, including Senior Manager in Talent Acquisition and Corporate Social Responsibility Manager. Prior to their tenure at PwC, Vincent worked as the Assistant Director of Admissions at Fordham University and held a position at CCS Fundraising. Vincent earned a B.A. from the College of the Holy Cross and an MS in Human Resource Education from Fordham University.
