Joseph Cerar

Joseph Cerar has a range of work experience in the field of estimating and construction management. Starting in 2010, they worked as a Lead Estimator at R.W. Martik & Sons Inc. until 2018. In 2011, they became a Managing Partner at CM3 Development Co. LLC, a role they held until 2019. From 2018 to 2022, they worked at Flynn Construction Management, first as an Estimator and then as a Senior Estimator.
