Marshall Jett

Marshall Jett has over 25 years of work experience in various industries. Marshall is currently working as the Regional Vice President of Sales and Marketing at PWCampbell, where they lead the design, construction, and digital technology services for community banks and credit unions. Prior to this, they worked at Essex Bank as the Vice President, Virginia Region Retail Sales and Service Manager for 7 years, where they oversaw the strategic planning and management of branch operations. Marshall also has experience in retail management, having served as the Home Sales Manager at Best Buy and as a Branch Manager at Wells Fargo. Marshall has a background in the insurance industry as well, having worked as a Financial/Insurance Account Executive at Horace Mann Insurance and as a District Sales Manager at Family Heritage Life Insurance Company of America. Additionally, Marshall has entrepreneurial experience as a Co-Owner and Service Division Manager at Central Environmental Systems, a mechanical contractor. Throughout their career, Marshall has consistently achieved and exceeded sales goals and has implemented successful training programs for sales teams.

Marshall Jett has a Bachelor's degree from the University of Virginia. Marshall also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Longwood University. In addition, they attended the Virginia Bankers School of Bank Management from 2015 to 2017.
