VP Leadership Program at PWN Lisbon

Monica Rodrigues has diverse work experience spanning over several years. In 1987, they started their career as an Assistant Professor at University Lusiada. Monica later became the Vice Director at Externato Europa in 2011. As a Board Member of the Rotary Club of Lisbon, they served from July 2011 to June 2012.

In the same year, they co-founded and joined the Board of Directors of PWN Lisbon. At PWN Lisbon, they also held the position of VP Leadership Program from March 2014 onwards. Monica was involved in the development of a Thinking Skills Program as a Project Director on Neuro Education and Thinking Skills at Externato Europa from September 2011 to January 2013.

From 2013 to 2015, they worked as a Project Director on Neuro Education and Thinking Skills at Externato Dom Pedro. In 2014, they joined Quantum as a Development Skills Manager, where they remained until December 2019. Their expertise also extended to the field of neuroeducation as they became the President of the General Assembly at the Neuroeducation National Plan from July 2018 onwards.

Monica's entrepreneurial spirit led their to establish their own company, Cognitum - Byteco, in 2010, where they served as the owner. Their most recent work experience is as a Business Consultant at Mindflow, a gamified training company, starting from March 2020.

Monica Rodrigues has a diverse education history spanning several decades. Monica began their academic journey in 1974 at the Instituto de Odivelas, although no specific degree or field of study is mentioned.
