Vanessa Moreira Sana Miranda

Vanessa Moreira Sana Miranda currently serves as the Head of People & Culture at GIMM since April 2024 and is also a mentor in PWN Lisbon's Mentoring Program since March 2023. Previous roles include People Strategist at Allby, Managing Director at ConsulTree, People and Talent Partner at Altri SGPS, and Co-Founder and CEO of HallHR. Vanessa founded SANA Recursos Humanos and worked as a Human Resources Technician at REFER. Initial experience includes an internship in Human Resources at Verlag Dashöfer Portugal. Vanessa holds a Licenciatura in Social and Organizational Psychology from ISPA - Instituto Universitário, an Executive Master's in Business Management from INDEG-ISCTE, and is pursuing further education at AESE Business School, along with completing the HR on Boards Executive Program at VdA Academia.
