Janice also worked as an Administrative Assistant at Liberty Funding Corporation, where they assisted clients in the process of selling their annuities and structured settlements, and actively participated in the underwriting process.

Janice Ventura, PMP, CSM holds an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Graphic Design from The Art Institutes. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including the Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification from the Project Management Institute, which they acquired in March 2021. In July 2019, they obtained the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from the Scrum Alliance. Furthermore, Janice has completed additional certifications such as "Mastering Self-Leadership" from LinkedIn, obtained in December 2020, and "Working with High-Conflict People as a Manager" from LinkedIn, obtained in November 2021.
