Michel Generelli

Michel Generelli has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Michel started their career in 1988 at Kirsten Kabeltechnik AG as a Responsible for assembly, commissioning, and after-sales service. Michel then moved on to Proconcept SA in 1994, where they worked as a Development Team Leader, focusing on production management solutions. Michel joined Tornos SA in 1998 and held multiple roles, including Controlling Manager and Business Analyst SAP. In 2010, they started working as a Freelance Professor at AvenirFormation, teaching courses on analytical accounting and finance. Michel later joined HES-SO Haute école spécialisée de Suisse occidentale as a Scientific Collaborator for a brief period. In 2016, they became the CFO of PX GROUP and simultaneously held the position of Management Control Manager. Additionally, Michel has also worked as a Adjunct Lecturer at Haute école de gestion Arc since 2017. Overall, they have amassed a wealth of experience in finance, management control, teaching, and production management throughout their career.

Michel Generelli’s education history begins in 1998 when they pursued post-graduate studies in Business Management at the Ecole d'ingénieurs de St-Imier, earning their Master's degree in 1999. Following this, from 2002 to 2006, they attended Avenirformation and obtained a Specialist degree in finance and accounting with a federal diploma.

In 2007, Generelli furthered their education by completing a Finance and Controlling Expert diploma at Cursus Formation - Finance par Virgile. From 2011 to 2012, they attended Kalaidos University of Applied Sciences Switzerland and acquired a Master's degree in Controlling. Subsequently, they pursued an Executive MBA (Master of Business Administration) in Administration and Business Management at HES-SO University of Applied Sciences and Arts Western Switzerland from 2013 to 2015.

Generelli continued their academic journey by obtaining a Certificate of Research in Business Administration from the University of Technology Sydney from 2019 to 2020. From 2019 onwards, they began pursuing a Doctorate of Business Administration (DBA) with a focus on Sciences de Gestion at both the Université Jean Moulin (Lyon III) and the Business Science Institute. Michel is expected to complete their DBA in 2023.
