What You’ll Do 

Strategic Leadership 

  • Craft and execute a visionary growth and Go To Market strategy for the Finance vertical, aligning with PX’s overarching goals.

  • Identify untapped opportunities to establish PX as the go-to customer acquisition platform for mortgage, debt management, and personal loan providers.

  • Set clear, ambitious targets that drive exponential growth.

Revenue Growth 

  • Bring hyper-growth to the vertical by securing and scaling partnerships with leading financial service providers and lenders.

  • Develop and deploy innovative sales strategies that maximize revenue and client ROI.

  • Lead the charge in optimizing pricing models and leveraging performance data for continuous improvement.

Team Leadership 

  • Grow and inspire the high-performing sales and account management team dedicated to the Finance vertical.

  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.

  • Work closely with the management team.

Client Engagement 

  • Be the face of PX for top-tier finance clients, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.

  • Deliver customized solutions that address client needs and drive mutual success.

  • Represent PX at industry events, establishing thought leadership and expanding our brand presence.

Operational Excellence 

  • Use performance metrics and market insights to innovate and optimize vertical operations.

  • Ensure scalability and efficiency, leveraging PX’s dynamic pricing and publisher management tools.

  • Maintain compliance with all relevant industry standards and regulations.

What We’re Looking For 

  • Proven Industry Experience: At least 10 years of senior-level experience in the finance industry, with a focus on mortgages, debt management, and personal loans sales, business development, and/or general management.

  • Revenue Focus: A history of driving significant revenue growth and scaling business units.

  • Leadership Excellence: A track record of building and inspiring high-performing teams.

  • Strategic Vision: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn insights into actionable strategies.

  • Communication Skills: Outstanding ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.

  • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with customer acquisition platforms and performance analytics tools.
