Nikita Efremov

Nikita Efremov has a diverse work experience in technical support roles. Nikita started their career in 2016 as a Support Officer at Digital Cloud Technologies. In 2017, they joined Franpos as a Technical Support Specialist and worked with them until 2021. During this time, they gained expertise in providing technical support to customers. In 2019, they joined MedeAnalytics as a Support Engineer where they communicated with customers through tickets, chat, and phone to resolve their issues. Nikita also wrote technical documentation for internal use. Currently, Nikita is working as a Technical Support Engineer at PX.

Nikita Efremov completed their Bachelor's degree in Information Technology at Simon Kuznets Kharkiv National University of Economics from 2014 to 2018. Prior to that, they also earned a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Private Boiko School between 2010 and 2012.
