Chris Monk

Chris Monk is an accomplished security professional with extensive experience in technical security and cybersecurity. Currently serving as the Head of Technical Security at PXC since March 2024, Chris also holds the position of Director at Soteria Protection Ltd since July 2019. Previously, Chris held similar roles at TalkTalk, where the position of Head of Technical Security was occupied from August 2021 to March 2024, and Security Architect from July 2018 to July 2019. Prior experience includes a role as Security Architect at Deloitte and as a Product Cyber Security Specialist and Information Assurance expert at BAE Systems from September 2011 to July 2018. Chris's academic background includes a degree in Software Engineering (Hons.) from the University of Central Lancashire, completed between 2004 and 2007.
