Daniel O'Connor (Assoc CIPD) is a seasoned People and Policy Consultant with extensive experience in employee relations, having worked at PXC since March 2024 and previously at TalkTalk from November 2014 to March 2024. At PXC, Daniel provides coaching and proactive advice to People Leaders on managing various employee relations cases. During the tenure at TalkTalk, Daniel played a crucial role in delivering a high-quality People Service, offering guidance on policies, processes, and employment law while also having experience in providing support through the People Helpdesk and sales enablement. Daniel holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management with CIPD from The Manchester Metropolitan University and a Bachelor of Arts in Irish Studies & History from the University of Liverpool.
