Donna Roberts

Donna Roberts currently holds the position of Head of Contract and Revenue Assurance at PXC since March 2024. Prior to this role, Donna served as the Head of Revenue and Contract Assurance at TalkTalk from September 2019, where responsibilities included leading a team in designing and implementing revenue and cost controls, alongside developing automated controls and Power BI dashboards for senior stakeholders. Donna's extensive experience at Sky from May 2007 to September 2019 encompassed various roles, culminating as the Senior Supplier Performance Manager, with a focus on ensuring compliance with Ofcom regulations for telephony products. Earlier experiences include leading the Ofcom Billing Compliance Team at TalkTalk and serving as a Revenue Assurance Analyst, emphasizing accuracy in billing systems and the integrity of tariff plans. Donna holds a BA in History from the University of Liverpool, obtained between 1996 and 1999.
