Michael Clark

Michael Clark is a highly experienced legal professional currently serving as General Counsel at PXC since March 2024. Previously, Michael held the position of General Counsel for Corporate at TalkTalk from May 2010 to March 2024, where additional roles included Legal Director and Senior Legal Counsel. Prior to that, Michael worked at DLA Piper as an Associate Solicitor and spent time as In-house Counsel at TalkTalk. Michael's legal career began at DWF, where the role of Senior Solicitor was held from 1999 to 2007. In addition to corporate roles, Michael has been actively involved in the non-profit sector as Vice-Chair and Trustee at Ambitious about Autism since November 2019. Michael's educational background includes a degree from the University of Birmingham and completion of studies at Manchester Grammar School.
