Rachel Ledson

Rachel Ledson is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel and Co-chair of the neurodiversity ESG at PXC since March 2024. Prior to this role, Rachel held similar positions at TalkTalk from January 2021 to March 2024, where leadership of the TalkNeurodiversity employee network also took place. Rachel's previous experience includes serving as Head of Legal Risk and Compliance and Data Protection Officer at an MML Capital Partners and Macquarie Group business in 2020, and Head of Legal Services at a Car Park Operator from 2011 to 2020. Additional roles include Acting Commercial Director at another MML Capital Partners and Macquarie Group business, General Counsel at Capita, and In-House Counsel for a prepaid solutions company. Rachel's legal career began with a position as a solicitor at DLA Piper and as a paralegal and trainee solicitor at Hewden. Educational qualifications include a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from The University of Sheffield and a 2:1 Hons Law degree from Lancaster University.
