About the Program

The International Graduate Program offers a unique opportunity to fast-track your professional experience in applied marine, subsea, and automation activities.

The program will provide you with opportunities to learn about our business from the bridge to the boardroom, and work with talented and experienced teams to deliver outstanding service to our clients across the energy and subsea industry.

We aim to help you build ang establish a strong career foundation with us. Our flexible placements will include exposure to Operations, Commercial, Sales & Marketing, and Technology & Engineering across our global hubs located in France, Sweden, UAE, as well as offshore operations.

By the end of the 24-month program you will be able to work with your sponsors to align a career path across a range of opportunities based on your strengths and aspirations as they fit within our dynamic business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Work as Graduate Specialist in the assigned departments
• Actively participate in on-the-job learning activities
• Maintain regular contact with Sponsors and Mentors
• Attend formal training as required
• Produce reports and share feedback on progress throughout the Program
• Participate in business travel as required
