Oliver also implemented Quality Assurance at ONS (Brazilian electrical system Coordinator) responsible for ensuring the use of best practices in system development and system architect. Lastly, they were a Project Integration Specialist at TOTVS (Largest ERP Company in Brazil) responsible for defining integration method (DataStage x SOA) and conducting database design and standards also ETL jobs standards and techniques to obtain the best load and transform performance and quality about data loaded. These actions caused a decrease in the time of detection and resolution of loading problems.

Oliver Oliveira Souto has an associate's degree in informatica and project management from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro. Oliver also has a bachelor's degree in engineering from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro.
