Jessica Reavey

Jessica Reavey has a diverse work experience in human resources and talent management. Starting in 2006, they worked as a Data Analyst at A.M. Best Company until 2009. Jessica then joined Bed Bath & Beyond as an Assistant Customer Service Trainer from 2011 to 2014. In 2014, they joined Chubb, where they initially served as a Senior Claims Assistant before transitioning to the role of Corporate Human Resources Coordinator in the HR Core Services Team. Jessica worked at Chubb until 2016. Since 2016, Jessica has been working at Verrex as a Senior Human Resources Manager. In 2022, they joined PXP as a Talent Director. Throughout their career, Jessica has demonstrated expertise in employee engagement and retention, HRIS implementation, employee training and development, full-cycle recruitment, policy creation and interpretation, and HR metrics.

Jessica Reavey began their education at Rutgers University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Cultural Anthropology from 2012 to 2014. Jessica then attended Walden University from 2015 to 2017, earning a Master of Science degree in Human Resources Management and Services. Prior to their time at Rutgers, Jessica obtained an Associate of Arts degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences, General Studies, and Humanities from Raritan Valley Community College between 2009 and 2011. Jessica has also obtained several certifications from LinkedIn, such as "Outlook: Time Management with Calendar and Tasks," "Storytelling for Business Video," "Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging," "Driving Change and Anti-Racism," "Employee Engagement," "Employee Experience," "Excel: Tips and Tricks," "HR Guidelines Everyone Should Know," "Human Resources: Managing Employee Problems," "Leadership Strategies for Women," "Leading with Emotional Intelligence," "Managing Stress for Positive Change," "Managing in Difficult Times," "Niche Recruiting," "Recruiting Foundations," and "Talent Sourcing."
