Michelle Beele

Michelle Beele is an experienced professional in Talent Acquisition and Resource Management, currently serving as Associate Director of Resource Management at PXP since April 2023. Michelle has been with Heartbeat since October 2019, holding roles including Talent Acquisition Manager, where responsibilities included leading the overall Talent Acquisition strategy and managing recruitment operations, with a focus on Creative, Tech, and UX recruitment. Previous positions at Heartbeat included Creative Chief of Staff and Senior Recruiter. Prior to Heartbeat, Michelle worked at Onward Search as a Senior Creative Recruiter and Macy's as a Graphic Designer/Illustrator. Michelle’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising from Temple University.
