Priyanka Sain

Priyanka Sain has a diverse work experience in various scientific and research roles. Priyanka is currently working as a Research Scientist at PYC Therapeutics, a position they started in December 2022. Prior to this role, they worked as a Research Officer at the same company from June 2022 to December 2022. Earlier, they worked as a Research Assistant at PYC Therapeutics from June 2021 to June 2022.

Before joining PYC Therapeutics, Priyanka worked as a Food Service Worker at Woolworths Supermarkets from November 2018 to June 2021.

Priyanka also gained experience as a Project Student at the Australian Institute for Bioengineering and Nanotechnology AIBN from February 2020 to July 2020.

Additionally, Priyanka worked as an Intern at the Australian Genome Research Facility (AGRF) from December 2019 to January 2020. In this role, they were trained on Sanger Sequencing Service and was responsible for processing samples, documentation, and maintenance of the sequencing machine.

Prior to that, they worked as a Project Student at the Translational Research Institute Australia from July 2019 to November 2019. Priyanka'sproject involved testing a HPV16-therapeutic vaccine on a humanized skin graft mouse model. Priyanka gained skills in mice handling, PCR, confocal microscopy, cell culturing, and flow cytometry during this project.

Overall, Priyanka Sain has gained significant experience in scientific research, ranging from molecular biology techniques to preclinical models, demonstrating their versatility in the field.

Priyanka Sain completed their Master's degree in Biotechnology from The University of Queensland during the period of 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology from DY Patil University, which they completed between 2013 and 2017.
