PYCP - Pilton Youth and Children's Project
PYCP has been at the heart of the Pilton community since 1997, formed when Pilton Youth Programme and Pilton Adventure Play Association merged creating a service for 5 to 18 year olds. We provide a range of activities including youth and children’s clubs, 1:1 support, group work programmes, school holiday programmes and residential experiences. All of our services are designed in consultation with young people and we work closely with families and a range of community partners to respond to local needs and issues. Our aim is to support each child and young person to realise their potential by providing support, informal education, opportunities to build skills and new experiences. Our current programme includes: - Open access youth and children’s clubs for ages 5 to 18, including adventure play. - 1:1 Support service for ages 5 to 18. - Family support service for children aged 5 to 8 and their families. - Nurture group work for age 12+. - Alternatives to Crime service for young people aged 14+. - Volunteering opportunities.
