Irene Ayzenberg-Lyman

Irene Ayzenberg-Lyman serves as the Chief Legal Officer at Pye-Barker Fire & Safety, overseeing the legal and compliance department for the largest fully integrated fire protection, life safety, and security services provider in the U.S. Previously, Irene was the Consulting General Counsel at Ayzenberg Law PLLC, and the SVP & General Counsel at Imperial Dade, where a legal department and compliance program were established amid significant corporate growth. Irene held various legal positions at Aramark, including roles as Vice President & Assistant General Counsel for Privacy and Technology, and as Assistant General Counsel focusing on Healthcare and Facilities. Early career experience includes positions at Dechert LLP, Latham & Watkins, and serving as a law clerk for the United States Court of Appeals. Irene earned a JD from The George Washington University Law School and a BA in Economics and Political Science from the University of Pennsylvania.
