Dave Pygon

Dave Pygon is the Founder and President of Pygon One Consulting, established in September 2022, where expertise includes problem-solving, consulting on results and performance, motivational speaking, leadership development, and coaching in various areas including time management and effective communication. Previous experience includes roles as an Account Manager at Alcon, overseeing operations and efficiency in ophthalmic surgery, and as a Senior Area Business Leader at Novartis, leading teams to launch innovative medical products across multiple states. Dave Pygon also has a longstanding history in management positions within Alcon (a division of Novartis), demonstrating strong leadership, coaching, and public speaking skills while working closely with C-suite executives and healthcare teams. A Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Political Science and a minor in Economics was earned from Northern Illinois University.
