Raju Saratkar started their work experience in 2015 as a Software Engineer at NTT DATA FA INSURANCE SYSTEMS PVT LTD BANGALORE. They worked there until 2017 before joining Prayagad Pvt Ltd as a Software Engineer. In 2018, Raju Saratkar joined Pype as a Software Engineer and was later acquired by Autodesk. Their most recent position was as a Senior Software Engineer 1 at Autodesk Construction Solutions, which they started in 2020.

Raju Saratkar started their education at Excellence School Betul in 2005, where they completed their 9-12th grade with a focus on Mathematics. In 2008, they enrolled in J.H.Govt. College Betul (MP) and pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Applications (BCA) with a specialization in Computer Science, which they completed in 2011. To further enhance their knowledge in the field, Raju attended NIT Trichy from 2012 to 2015 and obtained a Master's degree in Computer Applications (MCA) with a specialization in Computer Application.
