Humberto Figuera

Humberto Figuera has been working in the telecommunications industry since 2005. In 2005, they began working as a Senior Erlang Developer at Open Technologies, C.A., where they were responsible for planning and carrying out all the telephony projects of the company's clients. In 2006, they moved to Voiceteli Telecomunicaciones, C.A., where they served as a Senior IT Advisor, responsible for migrating software used for the Call Center, creating an SMS Gateway, and developing an application for the reconciliation of billing and collection of premium services. In 2016, they joined Cirious as a Telecom Engineer. In 2017, they became a Senior Erlang Developer at Vozy Inc., where they developed the middleware that allowed the integration of Telco services with the CRM's API's, developed the API's consumed by the frontend, and integrated third parties with SMS and Voice Message services. In 2018, they moved to DIVERZA as a Senior Elixir / Erlang Developer, where they developed the API that customers consume from the different services offered, maintained the backend used by the company's web portal, and integrated the platform with the different applications that the backoffice team uses. Finally, in 2019, they joined Pypestream as an Erlang / Elixir Team Lead and Senior Erlang Engineer.

Humberto Figuera attended the Universidad Nacional Experimental Simón Bolívar from 2000 to 2006.
