Aaron's earlier career included significant positions at Allstate, where responsibilities included managing meetings and promotions, and various leadership roles at Universal Orlando Resort, culminating as Senior Manager of Event Operations. Aaron holds a degree in Criminal Justice and Ecology from East Carolina University.
