Caroline Warren

Caroline Warren has had extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. Caroline started their career in 2003 as part of the human resources team at the Hard Rock Hotel Chicago. In 2005, they joined Pyramid Global Hospitality as the Director of Talent Development at Pyramid Advisors. Caroline then progressed within the company, taking on roles such as Vice President of Human Resources and Senior Vice President of Human Resources. Eventually, they became the EVP & Chief People Officer, a position they held for over 16 years until May 2022. In the same month, they transitioned to the role of Chief People Officer within the company. Throughout their career, Caroline has demonstrated a strong focus on people management, talent development, and human resources.
