Jacqueline Boykin

Jacqueline Boykin, CRME has extensive experience in revenue management with various hospitality companies. Jacqueline currently holds the position of Area Director of Revenue Management at Pyramid Global Hospitality since February 2023. Prior to that, from January 2018 to February 2023, they served as the Regional Director of Revenue Management at Schulte Hospitality Group. Jacqueline also worked as the Director of Revenue Management (Marriott Hotels) at Atrium Hospitality from August 2016 to January 2018. Before that, they worked at JHM Hotels as an Area Revenue Manager and Marriott Brand Champion from June 2011 to August 2016. Their earlier experience includes roles at Ocean Properties, Ltd. & Affiliates as a Revenue Manager and Guest Service Agent, as well as at Meyer Jabara Hotels as an At Your Service Agent and intern.

Jacqueline Boykin, CRME, obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Hospitality Management from Johnson & Wales University from 2006 to 2009. Jacqueline also earned an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Hotel Management during the same period from the same institution. Prior to that, Jacqueline received their high school diploma from Scarborough High School in 2006.
