Jeanene Butler

Jeanene Butler has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Starting in 2000, they worked as a Director of Human Resources at Hilton El Conquistador Golf and Tennis Resort, where they successfully transitioned the property from a Sheraton to a Hilton. Jeanene was responsible for the job satisfaction of 704 associates and oversaw wage and benefit administration, coaching and counseling, performance management, progression planning, and training administration.

In 2006, Jeanene joined Skirvin Hilton Hotels as a Director of Human Resources. Jeanene played a crucial role in the pre-opening team and executed a successful mass hiring job fair, hiring 250 associates. Their responsibilities included employee relations, wage administration, progression and performance planning, as well as payroll and benefits administration.

From 2011 to 2013, Jeanene served as the Director of Human Resources at Embassy Suites San Marcos, Texas. In this role, they focused on employee relations, performance management, and training.

In 2013, Jeanene joined La Torretta Lake Resort & Spa as their Director of Human Resources. Jeanene advocated for 400 associates, administered wage and benefit plans, assisted with payroll, and implemented a committee of coaches to develop a guest service training program.

Currently, Jeanene holds the position of Regional Director of Human Resources at Pyramid Global Hospitality since 2015. Jeanene manages up to nine properties in Florida and Baltimore, MD. Their responsibilities include managing all areas of human resources, such as labor relations, disciplinary cases, compliance with federal and local laws, and handling issues related to FMLA, WC, ADA, FLSA, and DOL. Additionally, they travel for new property conversations.

Jeanene Butler attended Southside High School from 1979 to 1981. Jeanene then pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from the University of Arkansas Fort Smith, graduating in 1986.
