Jena G. has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Jena started their career as a Conference and Event Services Coordinator at the Institute of Financial Operations in 2014. Jena then worked at the Clearwater Beach Marriott Suites on Sand Key, initially as a Catering Sales Manager and later as a Senior Sales Manager from 2015 to 2019. Jena then became an Independent Contractor, specializing as a Senior Sales Consultant from 2019 to 2020. In 2020, they served as the Director of Sales & Catering at The Terrace Hotel Lakeland. From 2021 to 2023, they worked as a Senior Sales Consultant at JG Hospitality Solutions. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Sales & Marketing at Pyramid Global Hospitality starting from 2023.

Jena G. obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management from the University of Central Florida, where they studied from 2008 to 2012.
