Simon Repton

Simon Repton has over 30 years of work experience in various roles within the field of HR and technology consulting. Simon started their career at Schlumberger as an HRIS Manager, where they implemented a global HRIS solution based on Oracle. Simon then worked at IBM and Premier HR as a senior SAP HR consultant. At Janus Capital Group, they served as a SAP HCM Lead Systems Consultant, responsible for supporting and developing SAP solutions in HR, Payroll, and FI. Simon joined Repcool, Inc as a SAP HCM & Payroll Consultant, where they provided technology solutions and managed projects for clients such as Summit County Government and Schlumberger. Simon then transitioned to Workday as a Senior HCM Consultant, working on major enterprise projects in the education and healthcare sectors. Currently, they are employed as a Workday Project Director at Pyramid Global Hospitality. Alongside their work experience, Simon has gained multiple certifications in the Workday software and has a technical background in SAP ABAP development.

Simon Repton obtained a BTEC HND in Business & Computing from London South Bank University in 1995. Prior to that, they earned a BTEC HND in Business & Computing from Nottingham Trent University in 1994. Simon'seducation history also includes a BTEC HNC in Business & Finance from Grantham College, which they completed in 1992. In addition to their formal education, Simon has attained various certifications, including Workday Talent Certification, Advanced Compensation, People Experience (PEX), Benefits, Absence and Leave, Workday Compensation, Workday Recruiting, and Workday HCM Core from Workday. Simon has also earned certifications in Wingsuit Judge from the U.S. Parachute Association (USPA), PSIA Level 2 Ski Instructor from PSIA AASI Rocky Mountain, and Toastmasters Competent Communicator from Toastmasters International. Simon became a Coach with the U.S. Parachute Association (USPA) in December 2008 and holds an Open Water Advanced Plus certification from PADI.
