Rutuja Lokare is an experienced professional in strategic operations and human resources, currently serving as an Executive in Strategic Operations at Pyramid E & C since April 2015, where responsibilities include overseeing comprehensive solutions for Oil and Gas Production, Storage, Transportation, and Refining. Prior to this, Rutuja held the position of Recruitment Manager at Falcon Multi Services Ltd. from 2014 to March 2015, focusing on specialized training courses in the oil and gas industry. Rutuja also served as Deputy Manager of HR at SM Aker Management Services Pvt Ltd from September 2008 to August 2014, managing placements and client servicing within the oil and gas sector. Rutuja holds an MBA in Human Resource from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies and a Diploma in Training & Development from the Indian Society for Training and Development.
