Crawford C. has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Crawford started their career in 2005 as a Simulation Software Developer at the Aviation and Missile Research Development and Engineering Center. From 2012 to 2013, they worked as a Corporate Data Engineer at Endo Pharmaceuticals. In 2013, they briefly served as a Qualification Engineer at the HudsonAlpha Institute for Biotechnology before joining Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Alabama as an Enterprise Content Management Architect. In 2014, they became an Enterprise Content Management Consultant at Adjacent Technologies, Inc. Crawford then moved to Ciber in 2015, where they held the role of a Principal ECM Consultant until 2016. Currently, they are working as an ECM Solutions Engineer at Pyramid Solutions, Inc.

Crawford C. earned a Bachelor of Science/Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science and Psychology from The University of Alabama, where they studied from 2005 to 2010. In addition to their formal education, Crawford has obtained several certifications in various fields. In July 2019, they became an Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced RPA Professional (V11.0) as well as a Bot Developer. Prior to that, in February 2018, Crawford obtained an IBM Certified Solution Designer - Datacap V9.0 certification. Crawford also received two certifications in IBM Datacap on Cloud in February 2018, one for Datacap Essentials and another for Define Applications with Datacap Studio.
