Cesar Fortuno

Cesar Fortuno is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in fire alarm and safety systems design, gained over a career spanning more than five decades. At Pyro-Comm Systems, Inc., since March 1984, Cesar has served as a Senior Engineer, focusing on the design of fire alarm systems and voice evacuation systems across diverse occupancies, ensuring compliance with local and state codes. Previous roles include System Engineer at Hochiki America Corporation, Lead Design Technician at Grinnell Fire Protection, and Energy Management Engineer for the State of Illinois Capital Development Board. Early career achievements include designing hydraulic systems and special hazards extinguishing systems, as well as project engineering for national electrification initiatives in the Philippines. Cesar holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Feati University.
