Katy Tyrrell

Katy Tyrrell is the Head of HR at Pioneer Safety Group since February 2024, bringing extensive experience in human resources from previous roles, including Head of HR at Pyroban, where HR strategy development and operational leadership were key responsibilities. Katy also served as a Human Resources Project Manager at Caterpillar Inc. and held various HR positions at Fender Musical Instruments, contributing to centralised HR operations across Europe. Earlier experience includes HR Manager roles at Rydon Group Ltd. and an HR Advisor position at EDF Energy. Katy holds a CIPD qualification and has a proven track record of managing complex HR projects and initiatives across diverse industries.
