Neil Tilsley has extensive work experience in various leadership roles within the construction and safety industry. Neil currently serves as the CEO of Technical Fire Safety Group, a British fire safety group specializing in providing products and services to the global construction and refurbishment markets. Prior to this, they held the role of CEO at Pyroguard, a leading provider of fire safety glass. Tilsley has also worked as the Managing Director at Polypipe Ventilation and as the Sales and Marketing Director at NG Bailey. Their experience includes roles such as Deputy Managing Director at Abloy UK and Tyco Building Services Products. Neil also served as the Head of Private Sector Sales at Tunstall Group and held the position of Marketing Manager at Lindapter International. Tilsley began their career as a Marketing Executive at Parker Hannifin.
Neil Tilsley attended Sheffield Hallam University from 1986 to 1990, where they obtained a BSc (Hons) in Industrial Studies. In 1992, they acquired a Diploma in Marketing from CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing. From 1997 to 1999, they pursued a Diploma in Modern French at The Open University. Neil Tilsley is also a Chartered Marketer, accredited by CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing.
