David Penn

David Penn is an experienced software developer with a strong background in application development and expertise in converting VB to C# and ASP.NET development. Currently, David has been working at Pyromation since September 2008, demonstrating significant programming skills. Prior to this, David held consulting roles at Frontier Communications and worked at the Community Action Agency as a Programmer and IT/Network Technician from September 2008 to December 2011. David's educational background includes an Associate of Applied Science degree in Computer Information Systems from Ivy Tech Community College, completed between 2006 and 2008.
